How do I install one of your plugins?
Open Plugins in ChatGPT (on the web or in the desktop app) or in Codex, search for the plugin by name, open it, and select Install plugin or the + button. If the plugin needs to connect an app, follow the setup steps shown.
How do I turn off or remove a plugin?
Open the plugin from Plugins and select Uninstall plugin. If the plugin connected an app, that app can stay connected in ChatGPT until you disconnect it there. In Codex, you can also turn an installed plugin off without uninstalling it.
Why does ChatGPT ask me to confirm before a plugin runs?
Tools that send your content to our server or create something for you, such as a PDF, are labeled as actions, so ChatGPT or Codex may ask for your approval first. If you decline, nothing is sent.
What information do you receive?
Your conversations stay in ChatGPT or Codex and are not sent to us. When a plugin’s tool runs, we receive only what that tool needs for your request. Our Privacy Policy lists the details for each plugin.
How do I delete my information?
Email us and we will delete anything we hold about you. Your ChatGPT conversations are managed by OpenAI, and you can delete them through OpenAI’s privacy controls.
I have a problem with my ChatGPT account or subscription.
We can’t see or change ChatGPT accounts or billing. Please contact OpenAI support.
The plugin gave an answer that looks wrong.
AI can make mistakes, so always review the output before you use it. If a plugin keeps getting something wrong, email us what you asked and what you got, and we will look into it.

My PDF link doesn’t work.
PDF links expire within 24 hours. Ask for a new PDF in the same conversation and you will get a fresh link.
How do I change my resume after the PDF is created?
Tell ChatGPT or Codex what to change, then ask for a new PDF. Each PDF is a new file with its own link.
Why are some details missing from my PDF?
To protect your privacy, the PDF tool leaves out ID numbers, payment details, passwords, and sensitive personal details such as health or religion.
Can you recover a PDF I lost?
No. We don’t keep your resume text, and PDFs are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Ask for the PDF again in your conversation to get a new copy.
