These terms apply to all AI Research Plus plugins for ChatGPT and Codex (the “Plugins”). AI Research Plus is a brand of Voryo Ltd., a company registered in Israel (company number 517158614) (“we” or “us”). By using a Plugin, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugins.
Using the Plugins
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
- The Plugins are free to use and run inside ChatGPT or Codex, which OpenAI provides under its own terms. The Plugins are not made or endorsed by OpenAI. Some Plugins may also rely on other third-party services, and we are not responsible for any third-party service.
- If a Plugin asks you to sign in or connect an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you can disconnect the Plugin at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Plugins to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, to send content you have no right to share, or to send payment card details, health information, government ID numbers, passwords, or other sensitive data. Do not try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may suspend or block access to a Plugin if you break these terms.
Your content and results
You keep your rights in what you send to a Plugin, and we use it only to provide the Plugin, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may use the results a Plugin gives you for any lawful purpose. Results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete, so review them before relying on them. They are not legal, financial, career, or other professional advice.
Our rights
The Plugins, including their skills, tools, and code, belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only through ChatGPT or Codex and under these terms, and you may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any Plugin at any time. We may also update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. For material changes, we will post a notice on this page before they take effect, where possible. By continuing to use a Plugin after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Plugins and their results are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that they will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Plugins will not exceed USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes will be heard by the competent courts in Israel. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection that the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you, including any right to bring a claim there. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
