What we collect and how we use it
- Content sent to our tools. Some plugins include tools that run on our server. When your request uses one, the AI platform sends that tool the content it needs, as listed for each plugin below. We use it only to fulfil your request. It is handled by us and our web hosting provider and is not stored once the request is complete, unless the plugin’s details say otherwise.
- Files we create for you. Files such as PDFs are available at a private download link and deleted automatically within 24 hours, unless the plugin’s details say otherwise.
- Partner services. If a plugin uses a partner service to complete your request, its details name the partner and what is sent. The partner’s own privacy policy applies to what it receives.
- Server logs. When you use our tools, open a download link, or visit this website, our web hosting provider records your IP address, browser type, the address requested, and the date and time, to keep our services secure and working. Logs are kept for up to 90 days.
- Emails you send us. We use them to reply to you. They are handled by us and our email service provider and kept for up to 24 months after your request is resolved.
Your conversations stay with the AI platform you use and are not sent to us, except the content a tool needs for your request. The platform provider handles them under its own privacy policy. We share personal information only with the service providers and partners described on this page, or with authorities when the law requires it. Other websites you visit through a plugin are covered by their own privacy policies.

- Kept: only the finished PDF, deleted automatically within 24 hours.
Your choices
- Our tools run only when your request needs them, and your AI platform may ask you to confirm before data is sent.
- Anyone with a download link can open the file until it is deleted, so keep links private.
- Email us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to have a file deleted sooner. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
- You can disable or remove any of our plugins at any time on the AI platform you use.
